We have gathered all conditions to give you a quick and easy overview of your legal rights as well as special conditions that we offer you.

SHIPPING

Actiforce offer free shipping for all orders in West Malaysia. For now, no shipping is available for East Malaysia. All orders placed before 10 am from Monday to Friday will be shipped out the next working day.

You will receive your delivery in 1-5 working days for West Malaysia.

Please expect delays on shipping for order placed during peak/sales season.

We deliver to both home addresses and business addresses, whether you are trading as a business or privately. If your order is to be sent to an address other than the billing address, you can easily add the correct delivery address before payment by adding a checkmark under “Ship to a different address?” in the checkout.

Delivery, handling and assembly

Packages of significant size and weight are only delivered to the nearest curb or ramp.

14 days full right of cancellation

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. 

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to helpdesk@actiforce.com.my or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Return

Once you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Warranty

An extended warranty is available on some products. If there is a special guarantee, this will be stated at product card level.

Image and evidence of defect need to be provided.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.

Proof of purchase or receipt must be included, Actiforce reserves the right to limit returns and refund with or without a proof of purchase or receipt.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
